It is written that it was built by Çelebi Mehmet to Abu Bakr Mehmet Bin Hamza in 1414. It is a square-planned, four-sided, open courtyard in the style of a Seljuk madrasa. There is a magnificent workmanship at the door to the east of the madrasa.
