A lovely hotel with friendly staff. We quickly resolved all the issues that arose. The room is large and clean. Slippers and a dental kit are available on request at the reception. Breakfast corresponds to the cost: porridge, eggs, scrambled eggs, nuts, yoghurts, pastries, tea, coffee, etc. The center is about 25 minutes away: walk to 10 meters and 15 by metro. The hotel lives up to its stars. I recommend it!

All I can say is that the hotel is normal, but it's not worth the money. I paid 7,000 Russian rubles/day with breakfast per person. The breakfast is simple, modest, but good. But the shower is clearly a problem. There is no shower cabin on the 4th floor as such, only doors. There is also no threshold or recess. The floor is flat, and therefore all the water flows throughout the room, then it is impossible to go to the sink or mirror, because EVERYTHING is in the water.

Great hotel! The status is ***, but for me it's all 5 stars. We spent a couple of days at this hotel with the children and spent the night there. Everything is great. The rooms are clean, beautiful, everything is neat. Towels of 2, a bath cap, a kettle in each room (although there was a non-working kettle in one room, but this fact is not critical for me personally, since we had two rooms combined - there was an inner door between them, we used one kettle), a TV, a small refrigerator. Very cozy and comfortable. There are polite and cultured people at the reception, and in general, the staff was very courteous everywhere. We ate in the restaurant, the service and dishes were also excellent. There is a shared toilet on the 1st floor, i.e. you need to go downstairs from the first floor. It's also clean and beautiful, and you can take pictures in a corner, because it's a very beautiful corner.
