We had a family vacation (2 adults +1 child 10 years old)from March 27 to April 2 .A hotel with a large , cozy , beautiful territory . Very tasty and varied food for adults and children (of any age).The hotel staff quickly resolved all our questions and requests. A large selection of free drinks (of any kind). We increased the room category without additional charges , because there were rooms available . I was surprised that they also wash the floors when cleaning the room (well done). There is a kettle in the room, but there are paper cups with it, because if you need glass only on request. The iron and ironing board were given quickly under (request), but later the customer service staff reported that the iron was given only to tourists who book rooms in villas (so we were so lucky that they gave it out by mistake). Cons children's animation for a 10-year-old child is not interesting at all, because they play the same music (for dancing) .The animators are lazy, they could play a variety of music every day, come up with new dances and new costumes and play popular music for children of different ages (remarks about mini disco) . A red-haired cat is allowed into the main restaurant , the waiters pet him , do not treat his hands , then they continue to serve tourists ( they have made comments , I hope they will take into account ) .An employee who works in the water park area recommends that you do not sit on the phone and do not have long conversations with the hotel staff, but keep an eye on tourists in the aqua zone. The beach has been renovated and the pier is being renovated. In general, there are shortcomings, but the hotel tries to do everything for a comfortable stay for tourists. If you go to a hotel out of season, then in my opinion the price / quality .If you look at the prices for the summer, the prices are too high (this is more because of air tickets) . It would be possible to renovate the bathroom for the hotel, because everything is old ( we lived in the main building)

We stayed at the Bellis Hotel with a family with two teenage children from December 29 to January 7 (everyone is delighted). We got into a New Year's miracle!
New Year's Bellis is beautiful. The reception area and lobby of the bar are very beautifully decorated, with a huge Christmas tree and a beautiful tall New Year's installation on which small steam trains ride, as in a fairy tale) and wonderful Christmas decorations in the main restaurant - gingerbread houses with lighting, all this creates an amazingly festive cozy mood.
The New Year's gala dinner on December 31st is a well-organized event, many thanks to the organizers of the celebration!
It was very tasty, Olivier did not disappoint!!!)) and a great festive program with performances by artists and a disco, and of course at 00.15 there will be a wonderful fireworks display and then a disco. At the gala dinner, everyone was given such funny New Year's hats with tinsel, a very good idea. And during the fireworks, bonfires were lit and wonderful hot chocolate was prepared.
About the hotel: the hotel has one large main building, three-storey blocks and separate villas with pools.
Heated pools include an outdoor pool with slides and a children's paddling pool. There is also a large indoor heated pool in the SPA area, which was used most often, and I would like to mention the heated floor in this pool, which is warm and good. There are also two more adult pools, but without heating, but we swam in them)))
Buffet: a variety of meals including a diet table. Breakfast always included porridge - both semolina and rice and oatmeal, eggs in any form, yoghurts, cold cuts, fruit and vegetables, and kefir was always served for breakfast on January 1 and 2)))
Lunches and dinners are also varied and very tasty. Separately, I would like to mention the very tasty pizza, French fries, burgers and pastries. The menu always includes fish, both fried and boiled, several types of meat (lamb is excellent), fried chicken and a lot of vegetable and grain side dishes. There was even mashed potatoes)) and a lot of different vegetables.
There is an amazing coffee shop on site where you can drink tea and coffee and eat amazing cheesecake and other pastries.
There are also shops on site where you can buy everything you need to relax.
There is a fairly large zoo and a stable where you can ride horses on the beach.
The beach is large, sandy, there are sun beds - you can sunbathe, but many also swam in the sea, the weather was + 19.
We lived in the Camellia Superior room, we were very satisfied with the room - a large balcony, two TVs, a large bathroom, a slightly stiff mattress, but eventually we got used to it) the only thing is plumbing, but it suffers everywhere. Initially, the shower head did not work, it was replaced in 30 minutes, which caused admiration. And faucets in the bathroom and in the sink, of course, for replacement (number 2408). This is the only moment that wasn't very good. But the water pressure is excellent.
The territory is beautiful. Fruit trees grow everywhere - lemons, tangerines, pomegranates - very healthy.
On January 6th, we had a very warm and cozy Christmas dinner, the turkey was delicious))) Thank you very much to the organizers of these events, great fellows!
The campers were mostly Russian, and there were a lot of Russian-speaking staff. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is designed for holidays with children. A good kids' club with a large territory, animation, a water town with a heated pool for small children. There is a heated swimming pool and nice slides for older and adults.(water + 30). This is relevant in winter. There is an indoor swimming pool. Large well-maintained territory, zoo, horse rental, well-groomed and well-fed animals. The staff is friendly. They're trying, but we weren't satisfied with the number, so they changed it. There is a children's menu. The food is varied. The drinks are of high quality, including imported ones.

super! WE GO THERE WITH 10 CHILDREN. THE KIDS GREW UP THERE. THE GIRL IS 11 YEARS OLD, THE BOY IS 12. A WONDERFUL KIDS' CLUB. ACTIVITIES, DISCOS, CHILDREN'S ACTIVITIES. NATALIA, THE HEAD OF THE CLUB, IS VERY CHILD-ORIENTED. THERE IS A LOT OF GREENERY ON THE TERRITORY OF THE HOTEL. AT 6 A.M., THE GARDENERS ARE WATERING EVERYTHING OR PLANTING FLOWERS. WONDERFUL RELAXATION AREAS. LOTS OF POOLS. A GOOD HAMMAM, SHOPS WITH REASONABLE PRICES. THE STAFF IS VERY POLITE. WE ARE VERY FRIENDLY WITH MANY PEOPLE.

A great place to stay in Turkey!!! Everything is there and in good quality, the perfect location and a huge territory! The airport is nearby, almost all Russian speakers. Food and drinks are varied, there is nothing to complain about) Sports at every step and for every taste! There are several football fields on the territory with an excellent lawn. Rest up to 12 days will not get bored)
And this is the case when it is better to take rooms in the back of the hotel, since there is a bass, a bar and the most delicious restaurant where they bring you the tastiest meat from the grill for every taste and only these houses have the right to use it)

A very nice hotel, ideal for a family holiday. Delicious and varied food, friendly and welcoming staff, everything is very clean, beautiful interiors and landscaping. Accommodation October 2024. I highly recommend the hotel. Landscaping does not stand still, something is constantly changing for the better. The staff is different, so the opinions are different, who gets what kind of software. The room is tired, but repairs are underway. It is difficult to renovate a hotel that is open all year round.

This hotel only pulls in 4* no more..the drinks are all analog, not originals, the food is not very diverse and I don't say anything about the beach at all. if you want to take a seat on the pier, get up at 6 a.m. and run 🏃♂️😂
