We stayed at the hotel for a week in September. We had a family superio with a side view of the sea. We were satisfied with the number, although there was no Russian channel, although it was announced on the TV, but there was no signal. For 3 days we went to the reception with a request to fix the problem, but nothing changed. Then we got tired of asking. The room cleaning was good. We were satisfied with the territory. The Internet catches everywhere!The sea and the beach are gorgeous! I didn't like the food. The restaurant does not have juices in the package, I think this is not acceptable for a 5-star hotel. I also didn't like the fact that the restaurant opened for lunch and dinner 10 minutes late, we haven't seen this anywhere. Moreover, when the manager opened the restaurant, they were just starting to cook hot. The lack of a children's menu was also unpleasant. The hotel has a children's and adult water park. The children were delighted. I didn't like the work of the rescuers near the water park, they turned on the slides at will and not on time. When asked why the slides were not working, they answered for 10 minutes and continued to sit on the phone. They also did not track the distance on the slide, because of this the child received a bruise. I also did not like the behavior of the animators in the restaurant, who are in line for food ahead of tourists, I think this is not acceptable. I consider all these disadvantages significant, I ask the managers to take into account our wishes. And we will be happy to come to you again!
