I stayed at the hotel for a wonderful two weeks of vacation.
The rooms are large and quite comfortable. He lived in the 19th building.
The pillows and beds are comfortable, I slept well.
The rooms were cleaned every day.
Two bottles of water were brought every day.
The air conditioner worked flawlessly.
There were no animals in the room except mosquitoes.
Smoking is allowed on the balcony of the room.
The view was great of the inner garden.
It takes 3 minutes to walk to the ocean on the territory of the hotel.
Of the disadvantages, I would like to note the weak water pressure, but it did not cause any great inconvenience.
There is a Wi-Fi network throughout the hotel. The iPhone connected to it quite problematic and not every time. There were no problems with the android.
There are several restaurants on site. The food there is a little tastier than on the buffet, but I will not say that it is very different.
As for breakfasts, lunches and dinners, it is quite normal, taking into account the local flavor, all the basic products have always been there. We did not experience any problems with food.
It is better to get coffee at a free coffee shop or a bar at the reception.
There are several pools on the territory of the hotel, but they somehow did not impress me.
But the most important thing in a vacation is the beach - the beach is big with a bunch of free sunbeds, regardless of the time it came to.
The sand is fine and pleasant.
There aren't many people. The ocean is just gorgeous.
There is a bar on the beach with free drinks.
And a small life hack - it's better to take a large thermocup with you, I had 0.5 liters. Helps to keep the temperature of the drink and not get dressed up to run every 10 minutes to the bar 😁

The staff is very kind, the gardeners give flowers, you can celebrate your birthday. Iberostar itself is very beautiful and in the evening you can see crabs. The food is very tasty (they have Canada Day and they cook outside), there are 3 swimming pools and a spa area with a gym (from the age of 16 or with parents, guardians). The beach is clean, you can swim with fish (for a fee) take a sap, a catamaran (30 minutes a day for free) a lot of bars on the beach. HAVE A GOOD REST)

I liked everything! Of course, this is not the usual five, but it is very decent compared to other Cuban hotels. Good food, room cleaning, territory, pool, beach. Everything is cleaned and cleaned every day. Friendly staff, if you leave a tip (1-2$ or €), then it's a fairy tale. Every day there is a show for children and later for adults. Great beach!
