We have been to this hotel 3 times and only because of the wide paradise beach and ocean.
For the 1st time, the hotel was pleasantly pleased, as it was no different from other five-star hotels in which we had previously vacationed in Varadero, except for a small area.
The 2nd time was also not bad, the only drinks were in a limited selection, the staff showed indifference to vacationers.
3 times it became clear that it got even worse, there were cockroaches in the dining room, there was no lunch by the pool as before, even the cappuccino was running out. If the first two times we lived in a bungalow and we were quite satisfied with it, because it was very convenient to go to the beach and the country atmosphere was felt, then the last time we were settled in the main building, we were shocked by the room, the air conditioner was raining, as a result we moved into a bungalow for an additional fee.
Pros: a paradise beach, a free catamaran, we left a mask on the pool and the next day we found it, a delicious cutlet in bread on the grill by the pool.
Cons: cockroaches in the dining room, a pool with mold, drinks are running out, drinking water is like from a tap, a favorite earring left in bed is gone, but then the room was cleaned smartly, there was no lunch by the pool, the room in the main building is terrible.

The popular expression - "paradise delight" is about the Varadero resort and this hotel, if you evaluate it from the point of view of the conditions created in Iberostar for relaxation, complete relaxation and relaxation. It's just that Cuba's geographical location itself contributes to this. There are a lot of advantages of the hotel, its infrastructure, territory and beach. The show program is also on top. There are still disadvantages. First, you need to stay away from air conditioners operating at full capacity with a cold air supply. The taste properties of the prepared dishes require improvement. (Cubans cook in a very original way). And the cleaners in the rooms are a bit crooked. You need to be attentive to your belongings and clean up everything valuable. BUT.... in principle, this does not interfere with rest. I want to come back here again and again, for unforgettable impressions.
