The checkin was fantastic thanks to the receptionist upon checkin. Additiinally the concierge team kevin, Austin& Hanip were really helpful. Charlies restaurant offer very good delicous food.

I really liked everything at the hotel. The cleanliness is perfect everywhere. Friendly staff. The waiters at Charlie's Corner restaurant are all great fellows. The food in their restaurant is delicious, and dirty dishes are cleaned with lightning speed. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire staff of this wonderful restaurant for the excellent service and attention to their guests, namely Amir, Angel, Pramila, Sheen, Rohit and all the other employees. Special thanks to the cook. You will never stay hungry. Everything is delicious. The hotel has a small swimming pool and a gym. The transfer to the beach departs at 10 o'clock. Admission is free with hotel vouchers. There is a hypermarket nearby.

Wonderful hotel, wonderful hospitality. Good service, delicious breakfast (buffet) and a great lunch. There is an excellent gym and swimming pool, as well as a shuttle service to the beach, a supermarket near the hotel and a bus to the metro. The room has everything you need-a refrigerator, TV, hairdryer, bathroom accessories. The rooms are clean and cleaned every day with a change of linen. Special thanks to the polite Kuat, everything is clean and tidy in the room. The front desk staff is so wonderful.... they are very reserved, polite and very hospitable. I especially want to highlight Joshua, he will politely prompt and explain with a smile, ask how you are, he will always help! Thanks to the whole person of the hotel!!! You're cool!!!I recommend this hotel to everyone.

A great hotel for its 3 stars. The staff is very nice and friendly! The breakfasts are the same, but the dinners are different every day. There are many shops nearby and a metro station nearby. There is also a convenient shuttle service to the beach. Overall, I liked everything very much. But sometimes, after cleaning the room, they forgot to put towels. Also, the shower stall did not fully close, respectively, the water was on the floor.

A very decent Ibis chain hotel. Decent breakfasts, if desired, there are lunches and dinners. The restaurant has an alcoholic menu. Responsive staff, cleaning, top level. There is an outdoor pool, transfer to the beach) I recommend it)))
