Pros: we settled almost immediately, without waiting for two hours, cleaning almost every day, bed linen, towels are snow-white, whole, the bed is comfortable, the service is just excellent. The food for the three is quite normal, you will not stay hungry. It is convenient that with two meals a day, you can choose either dinner or lunch. The pool from the Novotel hotel is on the 3rd floor, used by guests of all three hotels in this building, so there are not always places. Among the disadvantages - the rooms are small, damp, far from the city beach and the Umbrella beach itself is not very comfortable, since there are no umbrellas, sun beds, and it takes a long time to walk to the shower and toilet in the heat. But it's not the hotel's fault, of course. It's just that when choosing city hotels, you need to keep in mind. Moreover, there was a storm all the time during the week of stay, the beach was generally closed for a couple of days. In general, there are only pleasant memories from the hotel, since the most important thing is that the mood is created by the people who work there - everyone is very polite, they fuss quickly, they try to solve issues on the spot

The hotel is a real three. One of the advantages is food. I took both breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. Everything is very tasty, a lot, varied. Awesome fish, I don't eat meat and even there were no difficulties. The transfer goes to the sea not so often, but clearly on time. The beach is gorgeous! Even with a treadmill. a decent pool with comfortable sun beds. Of the minuses, the room is so-so, everything is already beaten by life, without aesthetics, the windows are small and do not open. A strange smell of perfume, but in my opinion it smells like that everywhere. There is absolutely no place to dry wet clothes, even a swimsuit, for example. The reception is almost always closed, everything happens through the Hotel. In short, if possible, add a couple of thousand and move into a novotel, but if not, then it is tolerable here.

The hotel is nice, but already tired. Rooms are cleaned every day, and water supplies are replenished too. Until they asked to bring slippers and a bathrobe, no one provided them.

The restaurant deserves 5 stars. The food is simply divine, the chefs are beyond praise. Fish, meat, soups, various salads, and what delicious desserts!
But be prepared to stand in more than one queue at this hotel. There are 3 hotels in the same building: ibis, novotel and adagio. Shared kitchen, swimming pool and bus to the beach at Ibis and novotel. Therefore, every time you come to a meal, whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner, you will have to stand in line for about ten minutes. During the ten days of rest, we managed to lie down only once near the pool on a sunbed, for such a large number of vacationers the pool is small and there are not enough sun beds, but in general the pool is clean and good. The real carnage happens every morning for the bus to the beach, worse than on our minibuses during rush hour, despite the fact that after the main big bus comes a small one. Men, pushing everyone and everything, climb over their heads just to take a place, and women do the same, pushing and elbowing. At first we were shy and waited for the second bus, but then we got involved and even laughed.
It takes about 15 minutes to get to the sea by bus, they take you to the equipped umbrella beach, where there are no umbrellas on the beach, be prepared for this, the sun is very strong and burns be healthy, so take umbrellas

We are resting at the hotel right now and for the second time. The hotel is far from the sea, but the transfer is organized, clearly on schedule. There are a lot of tourists, the number of transfers has been increased. The breakfasts are delicious, you can live without lunch. Towels, water and a sandbed are provided for the beach. The sea is clean and warm. Very nice pool! Cleaning daily. The staff is polite, all issues are resolved promptly. I liked the hotel. The room was tiny, but comfortable with everything you need. The territory is small, but everything was fine. I understand the hotel is more for business trips, because although the pool is small, but you can always find free sun loungers.
The food is just 10 out of 10. Everything is delicious. I have never eaten tastier in any country, in any hotel.
There is a large hypermarket nearby, there is a shuttle service to the beach. The beach is pretty clean, but boring. There were men on the beach who looked like they were from Syria and India. They took photos of tourists in swimsuits. Very unpleasant.
And the biggest minus... I had a huge cockroach in my room... I informed the reception, the room was immediately changed, fruit was sent as an apology, but of course I couldn't sleep without light for the rest of the trip and just counted the days before departure!

I put 1 star on the experience of 2021. We were here in December 2019 and October 2021. There is a difference and not for the better. In general, I love this chain, always high-quality breakfasts and comfortable rooms, it was the same in 2019, plus a transfer to the beach every hour ... but!!!! In 2021, there is dirt and age-old dust in the rooms, although Cleaning every day, apparently it consists in changing towels. Transfer to the beach 1 time at 8:30 am and at 12:00 back !!!!! That's it!!! There is no public beach at all, the one that was closed in 2019 and there are no new ones, all the beaches or wild there are only 2 of them and it's inconvenient to swim there and generally it's creepy because some Hindus and Pakistanis are men, there are no women, everyone is staring, pestering savages. Or paid at hotels on the 1st line for 150 dirhams (3000₽) per person per day. It's also not comfortable by the pool - you can't bring your own coke, they keep a sharp eye on it, you only need to buy 20 dirhams (400 rubles) for a small jar at the hotel, you can't bring any food or drinks with you, buy everything here or eat in the room. The staff at the pool is aggressive, they saw a coke from the store - they made a scandal and every day after that they constantly followed us and trusted us ... although before that we took beer and cocktails from them all the days in the bar and only brought our coke 1 time. The hotel is full of working Hindus and Pakistanis, sitting along the hotel on the curb like chickens from morning to night. Apparently the whole hotel is working for them now.
The only plus is the breakfast, it is as delicious and varied as before. The beach is very far away about 6-8km approximately, it's almost an hour on foot, only a transfer or taxi.

It is impossible to compare the Ibis here and the Ibises in Russia and Europe. The rooms are dirtier here, the furniture is older. And most importantly, since beach tourists are allowed in, there is eternal dampness and the smell of mold, it is everywhere in the room (I watched 4 of them on different floors and everywhere is about the same). Nothing dries, eternal moisture.
