The rooms are comfortable, as in all Ibises. They are cleaned quite efficiently. The service is friendly. The breakfasts are very decent by Parisian standards. The metro is not far away - 10 minutes on foot, and it is convenient that the terminal station (line 4 - Mairie de Montrouge). There are 2 supermarkets nearby. One is Franprix, literally in the next house, the other is big - Carrefour - about half way from the metro to the hotel. The hotel has a good inexpensive restaurant, a couple of pizzerias nearby... You won't stay hungry)
