An opportunity has happened here in general. The manager at the counter, a rather ambiguous-looking man with painted eyes, put him in someone else's room at night and even gave him the key to it. We broke into people who were already asleep (I can only guess what horror they went through), had to go back to him and redo everything. There were no apologies....
