I like it there. Staff are friendly, and guests are vibrant and lively. The lobby is the best in town for a meeting point, and they serve good coffee and yummy croasant. The restaurant on the 3rd floor with its balcony is also a nice place to hang out

Excellent location with professional and friendly staff always willing to help with all our questions. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and included everything one would expect even exceeding. Highly recommended .

I really liked the hotel! The ideal location in the city center, the main attractions are within walking distance. Clean, room cleaning every day. Pleasant and helpful staff. Good sound insulation, no neighbors or sounds from the busy street in the room. We were especially pleased with the blackout curtains, sleeping in complete darkness is important for us. The breakfasts are delicious, there is a large selection for every taste. And most importantly, the price was very affordable compared to other hotels in the area.

A beautiful, though not new, 3* hotel in the heart of Yerevan on Northern Avenue! The center has many cafes, shops, walking distance to all major attractions!
It is very popular with foreigners, which is natural, a chain hotel is a guarantee of quality.
The room is small, but it has everything you need (only a dental kit and a bathrobe are missing; there are slippers, gel, conditioner, refrigerator, hair dryer (not very powerful for long hair).
Room cleaning is daily, towels are changed!
There is an ironing room and a place to store luggage in case of late check-out.
The breakfasts are good, you definitely won't stay hungry, everything is standard and even local dishes and sweets are presented, there is a huge selection of jams (rose, fig, dogwood, white cherry, raspberry, apricot) - very tasty!
The staff is helpful at the reception!
Downstairs on the 1st floor there is a nice bar with delicious coffee and cocktails.
The hotel itself has a currency exchange - an ATM near the reception, the exchange rate is not the most profitable, but it can be exchanged if necessary.
Overall, the score is 9/10! I recommend it! I'll be happy to stay there again: the price-quality ratio, the location is great!

The hotel is nice, the staff is hospitable and friendly, the rooms are standard in all IBISes, cozy, clean, the breakfasts are delicious and satisfying.
It is located in the center of Yerevan, everything is nearby.
For tourists from the Russian Federation, you can pay by cash (you don't have to have a VTB card)
. Yandex.Taxi can be paid cashless, as in the Russian Federation, the main thing is that the card is linked, the exchange rate is good.

Excellent hotel in the center of Yerevan. Great hotel in the city center. There are many shops and a buzz nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, always tidy, and the temperature is comfortable. A large selection of food for breakfast, you can choose a table in the hall or on the veranda.
The hotel has a luggage storage, an exchange office, computers with a printer. Everything for a comfortable stay.

We stayed for one night. Very good location between Abovyan and the Northern Square. Nice and pleasant staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The Windows faced the courtyard, quiet and comfortable, which allows you to sleep well and have a good rest.
The entire city center is within walking distance.
The Internet is cool, just like everywhere else in Yerevan.

Perfect location, great breakfasts, excellent and friendly staff. Nice rooms. I don't see any drawbacks, considering that the hotel has 3 stars. In general, that's all you need.
The only thing is, I don't recommend taking a room with a mountain view, because the daily(!) disco and fans of loud mufflers, of which there are an incredible number, prevent you from sleeping until 4 in the morning. Or close the window and turn on the air conditioner.

The location is simply gorgeous, the very center of the city. Our room wasn't big, but everything was very comfortable and well thought out. The rooms are clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. In the shower there is liquid soap, shampoo, gel in large dispensers. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are buffet style, delicious and varied.

As in all ibises, the rooms are small, there are no closets and the smell in the bathroom.
In general, the hotel is not bad, it is located in the very center, the rooms are cleaned every day, but there are nuances, very polite staff, there are connecting rooms if you are traveling with a child, reasonable price for a hotel in the center.
We have already had the experience of staying in ibis Moscow, where the breakfasts were terrible, and provided that the hotel was fully occupied you would not find a spoon, fork and a place to sit, we took rooms without breakfast.
And so, if you plan to walk a lot and come back only for an overnight stay, then it's quite good.
Two adjacent rooms sold for almost 800,000 rubles in 5 days.

A nice hotel right in the center of Yerevan, I was on a transfer, great girls were at the reception, I waited a little long for the check-in, but it's not scary. The rooms are super, everything is clean and tidy. Definitely top in terms of price and quality, I would come again if I were in Yerevan.

How it all works. The rooms are small. Not sterile, but passable. There are stains on the carpet and walls, but the bed is snow-white. There's a container of liquid soap in the toilet near the sink, and a container of shower gel in the shower. There are no brushes, pastes or other care items. Only slippers and towels.
There is no kettle, tea, or coffee either. There is no cooler in the hallway. There are 2 bottles of water in the glass in the room, apparently for an additional fee.payment upon eviction. You can ask for boiling water for free at the bar, but you can figure out where to pour it yourself, because there are no glasses either. Check-in is at 15.00, but we arrived at 10.00, and we were checked in, at no extra charge. Therefore, I give 5 stars, not 4, as the room's decor deserves.

The price is very high, even with a 78 euro club card. The rooms are small, there is nothing in the room. The deposit was introduced for some reason. Have you seen the deposit for a place in a McDuck? This is exactly the kind of McDonald's in the hotel industry.

The location of the hotel is excellent! But
the standard options (bathrobes and an electric kettle) require an additional fee, the hotel room is very small and the panoramic window is filled with furniture, which greatly spoils the view of the city and does not match the promotional photos of the hotel itself.
