Absolutely unacceptable service. We were clearly waiting to order, yet the staff ignored us and served someone else without even acknowledging our presence. This wasn’t just poor service—it felt deliberate and deeply disrespectful. No customer should be treated differently based on where they’re from. That kind of behavior has no place in any business. If this is how you treat people, don’t expect repeat customers. Management seriously needs to address this and ensure staff treat everyone with basic respect and fairness.
