We bought a ticket online, couldn't get in at the chosen time, called in advance, got to the employee (young man) of the Trinity rink, said that it was impossible to come and clarified the terms of the refund, the young man said verbatim "for a refund and you need to come to the rink, write an application today or tomorrow deadline to write an application for a refund," we clarified everything and decided to come tomorrow. In the morning, we decided to call again and clarify who the application should be written by (the person who paid would not be able to arrive in the morning), we also got to the young man by phone, but, as he explained, from another shift. He immediately said that the refund is carried out an hour before the start of the session (it says on the website) and there is no way to refund the money. I clarified the moment to the specialist that other information was announced yesterday at the same phone number with your employee, which he continued to refer to the website and information about the refund on it. We explained that we had called yesterday specifically to clarify all the information about the refund and we had been told completely different return conditions that we had hoped for. Next, the employee handed the phone to the administrator, who, without giving anything to say, poked the site and up-to-date information about the refund.
The first question is: it is not always convenient for a person to visit a website and search for information there. Do you have a contact phone number (you can quickly resolve the issue with a call) where you can contact your organization and employees, so why don't they have information about refunds?
The second question is: why do you send people to the website to read the information and not let them explain the situation? You have a phone number listed, you are an employee of the organization, and you, like no one else, are obligated to inform and answer questions efficiently and reliably. I repeat, it's not always possible to spend 5 minutes searching for information on the site, it's easier for me to call and clarify everything live.
The third question (wish): inform ALL employees (especially those who answer the phone) about all possible questions regarding the specifics of your work, so that, if necessary, they can quickly get advice by phone, they can answer all questions efficiently and then there will be no misinformation.

A great place to relax. Unlike other ice rinks, there are many sessions here, which allows you to choose a convenient time for skiing.
There is a skate rental, there is a skate sharpening service, "bears" (for a fee for children) and metal frames (free for children and adults) for beginners. Pleasant music, convenient location.

I like buying tickets online and automatic lockers. The music is not bad. The only thing is that the ice feels sharp and hard (I don't know how to describe it). In my opinion, it will be softer at other skating rinks in the city.

A huge plus is that you can book tickets online in advance. The ice is cool. Thanks to the organizers for the rink, as long as I go there, there are always quite a lot of skaters (but we get there only in the evenings and on weekends) . My 12-year-old daughter rides with pleasure. The skates are good, all sizes are there.
The disadvantage is the lack of bumpers, few pieces, so that those who do not know how to ride can learn. It is especially noticeable from the outside how hard it is for them to study.

The rink itself is not bad, I was at the session at 18:00, there were not many people, the only thing was that the ice was not cleaned before the mass skating, I had to skate on the shuffled ice, this is a big minus! The skates that are issued there are not very good, some will be very uncomfortable, plastic and rub the bones on their legs, and I did not clamp much and adjusted them during skating, zero sense, this is also a big minus. Of course, if you have your own skates, then in general there will be no problems for you. I would put 3, but the fact that you can book tickets online is a huge, huge plus!

No one is confused by the fact that the session duration is 45 minutes and not 1 hour as it is written on the rink's website. The staff does not pay attention to what others are doing on the ice, understand that they are interfering with others.In our case, it was a company playing with a tennis ball.It is better to go to the ice park..We like it better there...

We visited the vaunted skating rink😟
A child (12 years old) got on skates for the first time and..... A big disappointment!!!
To keep the sides open, so that it would be at least a little easier for a beginner to stand on skates, there is simply no😟😟😟
I had to go back to the cash register to pay for the "gurney holder".
We didn't like it! Next time we'll go to the "ice" to test.

The ice is pleasant for skaters, the staff is very polite, thanks a lot for that. The system of leaving things in lockers is a little unclear, but it was explained, thank you! It's a fairy tale on weekdays in the morning. Only the price is honestly high. The ice rink is cheaper in Minsk. Do it on weekdays at least below.
