We had a rest on August 2-13, 2025 in an Iceberg on the 3rd floor, a double room, no complaints about everyday life. The sea is 50-70 m away, a quiet place to relax, canteens and shops are all nearby. The room is clean, odorless, cleaning and linen change are constant, air conditioning and TV are working in the right modes, plumbing is working properly, all balconies with sea and mountain views are not expensive compared to others. Its own kitchen with a set of dishes separate from the rental and there are also three tables, there was enough for everyone. I recommend staying here. The sea is clean and warm, almost every day we saw 2-5 dolphins in the morning, there are a minimum of people on the beach, the beach is clean. Lake Ritsa and the road to it are a sea of impressions, 40 km from Pitsunda. There is only one disadvantage in Abkhazia:- Abkhazian Schumachers on roads for which there is no solid line marking of oncoming traffic and speed limits, but generally do not behave aggressively. Pitsunda is much cleaner and has more vegetation than Gagra and Sukhum. Food prices in canteens are not lower than in Arkhipo-osipovka, Gelendzhik, only bread 40 rubles and wine 250-300 rubles are cheap here, local factories (Lykhny, etc.), which is 700 rubles in Ryazan. But the export is 3L per person at customs, and only Russians are watching, and the Abkhazians don't care. Overall, the rest was a success and I enjoyed it. We have been vacationing since 21.07. I liked everything very much. The rooms are cozy and very clean. The room was cleaned every day. Unreal beauty in the courtyard, a lot of greenery, there is also a playground for children, for which thank you very much! There is also a place to cook and a gazebo where you can sit and eat. It's just a 2-minute walk to the beach. The guest house is located in a very quiet location, but at the same time within walking distance of everything you need: shops, a pharmacy, a cafe, a bus stop from which you can get to absolutely anywhere. There are also varieties of guided tours, they come directly to the guest house, which is very convenient and very reasonable prices. We had a rest in the guest house from July 17 to July 24, 2025, only positive emotions, a cozy beautiful place, excellent hosts, all amenities. After the sea, you relax in a cool, clean, cozy room. It's a minute walk to the sea, the beach is not equipped, but it didn't bother us, we admired the sunset and dolphins every day. There are many shops and cafes nearby.
