As a "solution," they offered a 20,000 AMD discount as compensation for the defective screen and asked to wait about a month for a new screen. It took more than two months, the screen didn't appear, and then they said it wasn't a promise at all. The warranty conditions change along the way: first they said that the warranty for the screen is a month, then that the warranty is only a week. No one is responsible — it's always the customer's fault. A separate dangerous point: the phone password is required for repair. This is unacceptable and shows complete lack of professionalism.
