I have stayed here for 4 days, rooms are good, house keeping people are good, reception people is very very bad!!!! Not polite to woman!! The one when I check in on October 9th was good, the one I check out today is not polite to match this hotel. No one at reception help me with luggage , when my stuff fall at the door of the reception, he pretend not seeing anything! I have to hold the extremely heavy door to pick up my stuff, I have called to extend my stay for one more hour in the morning because I have a conference call on 12o’clock, and they agreed. but the reception called on 12:15 to blame me and see me as stupid say: do you remember you will check out today?. I said I have called and you agreed! The first day of staying was ok, second day the swimming pool is empty. Also in Tashkent you can never find a bad taste restaurant, but this restaurant you can, expensive and bad taste.

From a pleasant one. High ceilings in the room. The breakfast is decent, there are positions that have changed every day, which gives you a choice. Live music adds color. The hotel doesn't look tired. What could be better. The elevator doesn't have sensors on the doors, and if there are three of you going out, 99% of the last one gets through the doors, unless of course it's like a skydiver pushing the rest out. For this reason, we hold the button with one hand 🤷♂️ the watering can of the rain shower had a leak, the pool bar did not work, the sauna must be turned on (it will not be ready in an hour) 60 minutes ~ 50 degrees, 1:45 ~ 74 🤷♂️ , There is a bread oven on the veranda, but it was not used. There is a small park next to the hotel (5 minutes on foot) A decent hotel, but with nuances.

Quite a reasonable price tag. Basically, this is the center. Interesting design. A good breakfast is extensive. And even! There is a coffee machine! ;) This is not so common in Uzbekistan. One of the disadvantages of my stay personally: a broken drain in the sink-I had to work out a little in the evening. In general, it is bad and strange with the water pressure. And comfort depends very much on where the windows go. If it's on the inner pedestrian paths or on the entrance area where people smoke, it's not very good. I was lucky. But not my colleague. The audibility is high. Overall, I am satisfied. Well, he's not picky. Perhaps for someone it would be a lower estimate. Oh yes! The bed is comfortable. Clean. A modern hotel, spacious rooms, a good breakfast with live music. there are no elevators, a lot of stairs with several steps throughout the territory, therefore it is difficult to move with luggage. Loud music is almost always turned on at the pool, which is more suitable for a nightclub on the outskirts. There are no signs on the territory, you can easily get lost, it would not be bad to think over a navigation system for guests.

Ichan qala Hotel is located in the cozy center of Tashkent. This is an amazing hotel! It is built in the form of an ancient oriental castle. Very big and beautiful. The rooms are located in detached two-storey villas. Villas with balconies and terraces. Carved doors, ceramic mosaics on the facades. In general, it's worth a visit, definitely! The swimming pool on the territory is large, deep, clean. Breakfast is a buffet. There is everything that you are used to eating for breakfast (well, except oysters, of course) . Live music is played during breakfast. Two musicians play all kinds of music on Uzbek national instruments, including popular pop music. Rooms are cleaned daily. The territory is constantly doused with water. I recommend. My rating is 5+

I really like the area where the hotel is located, quite quiet, but well maintained. I was in almost four rooms, most of all I liked the 3rd villa on the first floor on the left. There's a gorgeous Jacuzzi and an unreal bed. According to the staff and services, everything is great - you can order a cauldron kebab in the room at least at three nights) the pool is open until late. A great place, super cozy, plus, even at night it's nice to walk around the courtyards. You can sit in the fresh air and work quietly all day long. It's a great place.
