A cool complex. A quiet, respectable neighborhood. There is a lot of Russian-speaking infrastructure nearby. Good neighbors, including many Russian speakers. There is a summer swimming pool, underground Parking, gym. There are markets nearby on certain days, and you can buy fresh produce directly from the producers. Good khapiji is generally a very good place in the area.
