Icy Koko is just an amazing place! Always fresh and delicious drinks, a large selection and a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is friendly and always ready to help with the selection. It's a real pleasure to come here again and again!

I want to share an unpleasant experience in this institution. I ordered a drink with black tea, but it was served with green tea. When I calmly pointed out the mistake, the staff began to argue instead of apologizing, claiming that the order was green. But the most outrageous thing is that the employee rudely and literally forcefully took the drink from the table without explaining or apologizing. It was disrespectful, rude and completely unacceptable towards the client. After that, they made another drink, but the impression was completely ruined. This behavior spoils not only the mood, but also the reputation of the institution. I hope the management will take measures and train the staff in basic courtesy and respect for guests.
