Very poor service. I was booked in advance for a gold-backed loan through the Earlyone app at 1:45 p.m. I arrived on time, but I was informed that they would not serve me and could not tell me how long I would have to wait. Even though I was on my lunch break, I had to wait about 40 minutes. As a result, it turned out that the jeweler was on a break, and the deal never took place. At the same time, the whole procedure takes only about 5 minutes and could be performed immediately. I consider such an appointment service unacceptable.
