However, it turned out to be almost impossible to do this. The cancellation code does not arrive by e-mail, despite repeated attempts and the fact that all the data is specified correctly. I have contacted you by e—mail many times. In response, I am transferred from one address to another, no one takes responsibility and does not really solve the problem. Communication from employees is formal and cold. It seems that they are not interested in helping the client. When I was asked to cancel the recording and refund the money, they actually made it clear to me that these were my problems and refused to offer any alternative solution. They don't want to make a refund. I am a client and legally have the right to cancel the recording, especially when it cannot be done due to technical problems through no fault of my own. Instead of help, they ignore, unsubscribe, and ridicule. I am extremely disappointed with the service, lack of responsibility and human attitude. I do not recommend contacting anyone if you are not ready to wait for months without guarantees and without the ability to solve the problem properly.
