Good bank, with a lucrative idPay service for money transfers to and from Russia. I have a good experience with this bank for 1.5 years so far. If any issues arise with any of the banking services on offer, they are quickly resolved. I recommend idBank to anyone looking for a reliable bank for personal financial needs 🙂🤝

The most disgusting bank! I don't recommend it to anyone! Applications are constantly hanging, and no one is responding to support. The hotline is paid! No one is trying to help you as a client, although everyone in the office is clapping their big eyes and smiling sweetly, in fact - zero help, false information, terrible service.

Access to your personal account cannot be restored. To do this, you need to call the call center, but it is not possible to get through. They promise to call back at 11 p.m., sometimes they ring a little earlier, exactly 1 ring, "like they called back, but you didn't pick up." I feel cheated. They can't help in the office, only through the call center. In short, they should not be trusted with their money. It's funny that they position themselves as digital. The calculator in the phone is more technologically advanced than their application. I don't recommend it.

I went to apply for a bank card, but they refused to issue it to me, since I am Russian, although I had all the documents for issuing the card, I went to another branch on Komitas Street and the card was issued to me there without any problems.

This is the most disgusting bank for foreign citizens. Even if you are a resident, they will not consider you a resident. I asked the manager openly why you don't consider me a resident contrary to my official status and the manager said, "Well, other banks can do that too." But others don't take 100k per year The support is very low. They can simply drop the support call several times.

This is terrible, they do not explain anything, the bank's application is not theirs, the password does not fit, it is impossible to get through to idram itself and the bank does not help. I wanted to close my account with this bank on the very first day of receiving the card. Thanks!

I stood in line for an hour to open the card. I had all the documents with me. When it was my turn, I was told that it was impossible to open the card at the branch. You must first submit an application on the website. Terrible service. Then why do we need a separation?? I came to the bank and I can't open the card.

for some reason, they issued an offer and a card for a Russian passport, but they agreed to issue the card only for a foreign country due to the fact that they filled out everything for a Russian passport, I had to go to the bank a second time to put down the expiration date, because otherwise there is no sense from the application - it just pours errors "update passport data"

ID Bank has an application, and that's where the advantages end. Queues are unimaginably long: waiting for more than an hour is within the norm, the application may stop working the next day and employees will switch you between Idram and the bank itself. And so it is in every office, including the central one. In the office, visitors are served by a single employee from six windows. And you can't even call additional ones in any way, you can even call at the checkout in stores. But at least there is a cafe in the central one, you can wait out comfortably.
