I received the issued card at the bank branch, as a result, it is not in the application, the system does not allow me to attach it myself, they say, I allegedly did not pass identification, which is why I cannot open a new account, apply for the card and generally use the card. The system does not allow remote identification - it throws an error. Why it was not carried out at the bank branch when issuing the card is a question. Support is not responding, it turns out that all this nonsense with issuing a bank ID card was a waste of time.
