On 08.01, I applied to this company for a service, it was necessary to put a photo and an inscription on the T-shirt, the deadlines were agreed, the T-shirt was needed as a gift on 11.01, the manager assured that the work would be done by the right date. On 11.01, no one called, I waited until 15:00 (the company's working hours are until 17:30) and drove myself. Naturally, nothing is ready, the managers shrug their hands, promise to do it until the evening, at 18:00 a call arrives and I am informed that the T-shirt was ruined by applying the inscription. Next, the director calls, offers to fix the T-shirt, explaining the damage by saying that "they have a young, inexperienced girl working for them." They brought it to me in the evening, they fixed it so that I didn't pick it up. Bottom line: they ruined my thing, a child without a gift! Dear employees and management of this company, do not assume obligations that you cannot fulfill, do not let people down!
