They punch a product in the middle of a receipt that you didn't buy, and they do it so friendly that if you check the receipt, you'll never think you've been tricked like that. They return the money because there are cameras at the cash registers, but only if you are persistent, and they don't even apologize. There is one cash register, when the crowd is already quite huge, they can open a second one. There is a constant smell of rotten meat in the delicatessen department.
