I give 4 stars only because of the food in this hotel! This is the first time in a five-star hotel! The same dishes are served every day. By the end of the vacation, they knew by heart which cover what was under.
The rooms are good. Cleaning is daily. There is a refrigerator with a mini bar in the room - water, juices.

We had a rest in Kurban, that says it all, there were a lot of people. July 15-25. The hotel is quite decent, the pandemic affects: a small selection of food to reduce the queue, the air conditioners in the lobby and restaurant do not work for the same reason, a children's club, a gym, a nightclub. On the plus side, the design is rich, everything is neat, almost new, the staff is trying hard. They always brought and helped. The audience living in the hotel, probably the one who complains, is disgusting. In 10 days you can learn the Ukrainian language, so draw conclusions about complaints and mentality yourself) Good pools for children with slides, even with a bunch of people, did not get sick, did not get poisoned. Alcohol, as in the whole of Turkey, is not like ours, well, we did not go there to drink. Marmaris is really a pearl.

The rooms are small, for some reason there are three single beds in the room, although we ordered a room for two, there is no sound insulation at all, the shower room is something you can only enter it sideways and if you are a slender size 50 * 50 cm less than one square meter. The service generally sucks, I gave things to the ironing in the morning, paid a lot of money and received a scandal the next day in the evening. The food is so-so, everything is kind of cheap, there are a lot of things and there is nothing to eat. The food is not delicious. The beach is dirty , the sunbeds are dirty, the water is dirty in the evening , a wave rises above the mud and a swamp turns out . We arrived early in the morning, found out that no one speaks Russian at the hotel, only simple phrases or words.This did not prevent us from filling out questionnaires and getting bracelets.However, we waited until 2 p.m. to receive the card from the room.
The room was given on the ground floor by the children's slide and pool.(Is it because we are Russians?)
At first, we spat a lot from this situation, but during the day it turned out not to be so bad.The noise from the slide and the children with the windows closed is not loud, everything is quiet in the evening.For more picky tourists, this location of the room will be critical.The room itself is clean and comfortable to stay in, it matches the photos.Cleaning every day is of high quality, towels are changed.
2. The territory of the hotel is small, but cozy and with a lot of greenery.In May, the hotel was decently loaded with vacationers, 90% of them are English, Scottish, Irish.In the morning and afternoon, mostly foreigners occupy the entire pool and hang out there.
The pool is not deep, about 140 cm, the water in it was about 20 degrees.
It's not very interesting to swim there, but it's subjective.
the pool bar opens at 10.00, with drinks and alcohol, there were no queues in the morning and afternoon, several bartenders work smartly.
There is also a towel booth next to the pool, where you can exchange towel cards for the towels themselves for the beach or pool.The cards are returned when you hand over used towels.
There was a children's pool and a children's water slide next to our residential building, mostly children hung out and played there, they did not come to the large pool.
There are areas for table tennis and other activities behind the hotel.
We did not use the gym and sauna, but they worked, even without an appointment.
3. Food.
The main restaurant has 350 seats.There were no queues for food.Everyone helped themselves to the dishes. (there were reviews of queues in 2020 and 2021).
I couldn't taste all the dishes in a week, there are really a lot of them and half of the dishes change every day.Delicious and satisfying.I don't understand the reviews of people who point to a meager menu.Several times a week there were delicious seafood - squid, mussels, shrimps.
Probably, in order to find something to taste, you need to go around and open ALL the trays.
The waiters quickly walk between the tables, bring orders, clean up.
To interact with the waiters, you need to know the basic names of drinks and numbers in English (Beer, wine, water, juice, fruit).
Yes, yes, for some it will seem naive, but I personally saw how a woman could not have a dialogue with the waiter, and she just wanted wine.
Also, a snack bar and a pastry shop are open until 16:00, in fact fast food with burgers, pizza, croissants, pies, etc. (An alternative to lunch outside).
The restaurant on the street has carts with corn, ice cream, fruits and vegetables.

Foreigners do not swim in the sea for some unknown reason, there may be a lot of people on the beach, but only two Russian girls swim in the sea.Is it cold?Well, 20-21 degrees at the end of May, the water temperature is very good.
The entrance to the hotel is both from the promenade by the sea and from the side of the road.
There are two ATMs opposite the entrance to the road, in Zaraat Bank you can withdraw lira from the mir card with a commission of 100 rubles.It gives out without problems, there is Russian in the menu.Money can also be exchanged in exchangers without commission at the exchange rate, exchangers every kilometer.

Of the subjective disadvantages 1. this is a room on the ground floor by the children's pool, for someone it will be a spoiled vacation. 2. this is the lack of knowledge of the Russian language among the hotel staff.Yes, they do not have to know him, the orientation of Marmaris does not imply this, but for someone it will be a significant disadvantage.
As an example, this is a dialogue with a guy at the reception, where I got confused in prepositions and incorrectly constructed a sentence in English.I've never seen such rolled-up eyes and folded hands even on Tony Stark.Well, it's frankly hard for them to communicate with Russians because of the language barrier.

The territory of the hotel is small for such a large number of guests and buildings, there is simply nowhere to hide in silence from morning to night the music screams incessantly. 2. The beach is a small sunbed. There are never any places on a sunbed with a pool. 3. Animation, there is absolutely no children or adults, only music screams. 3. Nutrition is most disappointing. HUGE QUEUES, I would even say humiliating queues, you feel poor when you stand in line for breakfast and lunch and dinner every 15-20 minutes in a room where the air conditioner does not work. So for example, you want an omelet, coffee, fruit and cheese for breakfast, it will all be a different queue for 15 minutes, while you took the cheese omelet has already cooled down, and you have just got in line for coffee. Families who arrived for 3 people decided to get out of the situation, each family member takes one, so the waiters do not give, for example, three portions to one at all, when you ask for a second plate, they throw, freak out, smack with anger, that is, a portion in one hand. The child took a watermelon and went for a triple portion, they did not give him, they said enough was enough for you, they just gave you as many as 2 slices. The question is, why such a vacation? Is everything on or off here? They have bred queues themselves, as there are not enough staff, there are not enough places in the dining room. Everywhere you go to food only in a mask and always on your nose, but to the bar where you can't change people and pour alcohol like a river, at least come naked, you don't need a mask. With all the disadvantages, the variety of food is meager, but at the same time delicious, not all of course, but a lot of things. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

We had a rest in September 2021. The hotel is 3-4 with a minus star, solid cons.Of the advantages in this hotel, only the SPA salon and the territory are very small for such a large number of vacationers. About the cons
1. Food, solid fast food, the same thing every day. There has never been seafood and normal meat. To still eat, you need to stand in line for 5-7 minutes. for each dish separately. The restaurant is large, but there are practically no free places, the tables are not cleaned. To do this, you need to run around the restaurant after the waiter. Then ask for the appliances 5 times, the waiters do not hear. Wait, you don't want to eat anymore.
2. The rooms are not cleaned, they have been cleaned, you need to tell the maid 10 times, but it is not a fact that it will be cleaned.
3. Upon check-in, the air conditioner did not work, we went to the reception 3 times, without result. We did it three days before departure.
4 .The beach is small, people got up at 3- 4 a.m. to take a place, the hotel guide told us about it. There were no seats in the morning. Towels by the pool were folded evenly and given out in the second round, even the smell of oil and cream from them. During the pandemic, it's even too lazy to wash.
In general, for such a lot of money, the rest is terrible.
It is not clear where the hotel administration is looking.

We are resting now in this hotel from 15 to 25.07. Beautiful place, clean sea, beautiful hotel. The rest is just cons. On the first day they checked into another hotel, and there were about 30 of us, so our rooms were occupied, and we paid for them. There are a lot of people, it is noticeable for lunch and dinner, the queues are huge, you stand for one dish for 15 minutes. Without a mask, you will not be allowed to approach any dish, although there was a queue. The air conditioners don't work everywhere except in the rooms. There is little space on the beach, there are also sun beds and they are always occupied. Russian is poorly known. There is no desire to return to this hotel.

We rested from 06.07. - 07/15/2021. The hotel seems to be beautiful, but on closer inspection it is not for vacationers. Then the paths are blocked, there is such audibility in the rooms .... it's creepy, as if someone is taking a shower with you and, accordingly, everything else... Shower accessories do not replenish, as well as tea and coffee bags. There are paper cups in the room. Bar - two bottles of water and two 100 g bags of juice. And there is no special cleanliness in the rooms.
The restaurant- breakfast is only 1.5 hours. At 10.00, as if by magic, everything closes, even boiling water for tea will not be poured. And it is necessary to defend, about 7 queues to eat. Lunch is the same story.. you can drink ayran if you know what you need to ask the waiter, but not like that. The menu has not changed in ten days. Besides being a boring choice, it's not tasty either. The food in Turkish hotels is usually impeccable. But here....
There is no tea for dinner. There is a meager selection of sweets and no tea or coffee. What should I give the child to drink? There is no children's table at all.
As well as there is no animation at all.
One huge bar for the whole hotel on the way to the beach - two bartenders (for the whole hotel). Two... - the queue for disgusting beer in a paper cup is like a mausoleum. There is no question of cocktails. The beach is narrow. The sun beds are comfortable, but everyone is busy, just like by the pool.
There were no discos or concerts in the hotel in the evenings. At 24.00, everything closes and silence....Sit on the beach and cook. In general, they bought their own booze, went to a nearby hotel and ate at a bar for money (sometimes they had breakfast and dinner).
If they hadn't come with the company, they would have died of longing. Well, in general, the hotel is boring. By the way, the territory is small.
That's how the hotelier got clamped down- it's creepy.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE HOTEL.

Yes, there is a requirement to wear them in a restaurant, but if you come without a mask, then you will be given it without any problems. It cannot be that the sun beds are occupied at 4 a.m., the sun beds are removed at night, the beach is opened at 7-8 hours. There are indeed queues in the dining room, but we do not go immediately when lunch or dinner begins, so we do not have to wait at all. Everything is delicious and fresh.

Our family turned out to be an extremely shabby room. But the main thing is that, apparently due to excessive greed, the resources of this hotel are being used beyond its already modest capabilities. More than once, due to the old wiring, the air conditioner did not work and it was simply impossible to stay in the room. In the canteen, and it is not possible to call this place any other way, there are giant queues for absolutely everything. Bread is given out only with soup. It is impossible to take bread just like that without violating the rules of decency, so you have to wait for the cherished "edge" for half an hour, where an extremely slow, tired and gloomy girl with obvious laziness throws it on your plate. Alas, it is impossible to write anything else, even if you want to. The rest is just ruined. Despite the fact that we are not capricious and pretentious tourists. We have vacationed many times in different hotels and countries, but this is the first time we have encountered this.
