After six months of operation, when Windows Defender accidentally deleted an important file and the diagnostic box stopped running, I experienced a real support service. The guys quickly connected via remote access, even outside of working hours, and quickly solved the problem. It's really impressive! The only caveat is that when paying through SberBank, there are sometimes suspicions of fraud on the part of the bank. However, everything was easily solved by transferring via Tinkoff, after which the purchase process went smoothly.
