I have been working through the service since 2022, but they still cannot achieve stable operation of the tool - there are always some technical problems and errors. So now, instead of 10 minutes, I spent all 40 minutes with documents through this service. In response to feedback on errors, I was offered to simply use another Internet, such as mobile or, as the support operator put it, "it's better to use the ["free"] Internet, that's what all our customers do."

Absolutely crooked service. I wanted to subscribe to the EDI service, I paid via online banking, to which they replied that they would not activate it, because they only accept payment via a plastic card. They never made a refund, I'm still butting heads with them about the refund, they found some 400 tenge from the age of 24 and because of this they require me to write a new statement, if there was a debt of these 400 tenge, then why not immediately indicate the debt information in the billing? In correspondence, the dialogue is incompetent. I eventually connected to the Documentolog service and recommend it to everyone. Don't mess with this IDocs.
