Cozy coworking with a modern interior, zoning. As of November 2023, there is a lot of free space (there were three people with me with a capacity of about 30). Good Internet speed (40 Mb/s). Among the disadvantages: the lack of coffee (instant is not considered) and the price (9500 drams per day).
