The territory of the residential complex is green, flowers are planted, beautiful trees, there is an area where you can walk in the evening. In summer, you can walk to Yesentai and the Villa with pleasure. One of the disadvantages for me is a lot of cars in the yard. In summer, the windows cannot be opened for a child's daytime nap - someone is constantly honking. There is a parking lot along the playgrounds, taxis often stand there, waiting for customers and all the kids get exhaust. Small ants periodically appear in the houses, the administration promises to solve this problem. In the summer, I saw them being poisoned in the yard. And in summer, there is often a smell of sewage near the guards at the lower barrier. Otherwise, the impression is positive.
