I really liked the museum. The halls of national instruments are interesting, I really liked the kobyz. There are very beautiful pieces in the halls of the instruments of the world. I think I'll go there again.

It is a very interesting museum, with many exhibits. There are many Kazakh folk instruments, and the variety of dombra was amazing. There are halls with instruments of other peoples and countries. Music sounds unobtrusively in the halls. The entrance fee is 500 tenge. There is a tourist information kiosk opposite the museum, a very nice young man works there, he helped me find a postcard to send home. In Kazakhstan, it turns out to be a problem to find a postcard.

The museum is open from 10 to 19.00. We came to the opening - there are no guides, sign up. We arrived at 15.00. People also joined us. The waiting time was not justified by the excursion. Alas!

The museum is original and very interesting. It presents an incredibly large number of folk musical instruments of Kazakhstan.

In the right part there is a collection of Kazakh folk instruments. On the left side there is a collection of instruments from different countries.
Of course, you can't listen or play, all the exhibits are under glass.

An amazing museum where musical instruments of many peoples of the world are exhibited. The hall with personal musical instruments of legendary personalities of the Kazakh people was especially impressed. Powerful energy from the witness instruments of several centuries! I recommend going and you won't regret it. It is a pity that the media wall was removed: previously it was possible to "stage" an orchestra there. The day was not in vain! 5 out of 5!
