iHoops store. The range is really large, mostly Apple appliances, the product is original. I used to buy MacBooks from them. I also brought a lot of friends and family there so that they could buy equipment in this particular store. Judging by the attitude, the customer base is not of particular interest to them. The main problem is the service. Sellers are impolite, they communicate reluctantly, they look down on them, it feels like the customer is bothering them. I've been to this store more than once, and the situation is the same every time. When asked about a discount or an opportunity to lower the price, they answer roughly, simply "no", without explanation. The last visit completely ruined the impression. I should have bought an Apple TV. In their Telegram channel, the price was listed at $180. I had to stand in the store for a minute or two before anyone noticed me at all. When I asked the price, they already named 185 $. The request to sell at the price from the channel or to make a discount was rudely refused. As a result, I went out, went to another store and bought the same Apple TV for $170 without any problems. Additional disadvantages: there is no terminal for card payments, social networks are poorly maintained, and personal messages are answered for a long time and without interest. Good product, but poor service and complete indifference to customers. I do not plan to return there after this visit.
