The problem was not solved for a week, they told the obvious things on the phone, in the end they found nothing better than to reformat the disk with the loss of all data. During the visit, they also asked someone to pay for the service past the cash register to the card. They are rude and behave disgustingly! Do not apply under any circumstances!
