My old phone number was listed in my profile. I placed an order and actually noticed it. I wrote to the chat 3 times and waited 20-30 minutes for someone to answer me. I called the hotline and waited 57 minutes until I was contacted by the operator to change the number in the order. According to the operator, the number was changed. I asked to carefully check the fact that the courier service will have a new phone number. The operator confirmed that everything is fine and I don't have to worry. Today is the delivery day, no one contacted me. I called the IKEA hotline to clarify if the number had been changed exactly, the operator informed me that he was incompetent and switched me to another line, where I was 59th in line!
