I needed a duplicate key with a chip on a Honda CBF Hornet motorcycle. For some reason, I thought it was difficult, the motorcycle would have to be driven somewhere, left for a couple of days. The issue was resolved in 15 minutes! Yes, he came to them on a motorcycle, but in fact he was needed only to check that the new key was working and the motorcycle was starting. I'm thrilled! The situation occurred 1800 km from home — the ignition lock in my Mercedes Vito suddenly failed. The car stopped recognizing the key, and it was only on the twentieth attempt that it was possible to start it. I was in Grodno, I came to my parents, but none of the local craftsmen could help — they just threw up their hands. Even the specialists involved in the repair of the German troika politely said that they would be able to see the car only after three days, and it was not a fact that they would help. This is a Mercedes, and with it, as they themselves admitted, they have no connection to the Mersedes server. Already desperate, I came across a YouTube video where the guys explained in detail that such problems can be solved. I called them, talked to them, and it immediately became clear that they knew what they were talking about and were really ready to help. Without turning off the engine, I refueled and drove to them — 300 km away, but it was the right decision. The guys are just great — they did everything in 3 hours! Professionally, promptly and with understanding of the situation. Thank you so much for your help and for not having to leave the car indefinitely. Now everything works like clockwork.
