I used to constantly contact this workshop, all repairs were done efficiently and quickly. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case. 08.07 I gave my phone for repair, changed the battery, brought it back - the screen went into stripes. They took it back, already for warranty repairs. On 10.07 they brought it, they said they had reballedthe processor, after a couple of hours the screen went into stripes, plus the back cover was loosely glued, on 11.07 they took it away for repeated warranty repairs. On 16.07, he called the service himself, they said that they would definitely repair it and they would call within a couple of days. 18.07 the end of their working day, no one called. On 07/19, he called himself and promised to contact the consumer protection society if it was not repaired within the legal time. 22.07 the phone was delivered, at the time of the evening of the same day, the phone was checked and working. In general, I do not recommend the service, and I no longer plan to apply myself. P.S. They do not follow what is written on their own website. They "forgot" about the discount on the discount card and the gift after the repair, I had to remind them. They did not offer a replacement device for the warranty repair period, when they asked for it themselves, they said that they had all been "disassembled".

Due to the fact that the phone will be changed in a month, I chose the simplest display. I have nothing against delivery and speed, everything is clear and the calls of the consultation were at your level. But the display itself wants to leave the best Now I'm typing and I have a double keyboard, although this has never happened before, that is, 3 letters are pressed. Then the phone can only be controlled when you hold it in your hands, then the sensor works, if you put it down, then the sensor does not work at all, and with charging, if the phone is charging, then the display does not work at all, not in one place, as soon as it turns off the charge, it immediately starts working. Sometimes, when you sit on your phone for a long time, the screen stops working altogether, that is, the display stops responding again. On the 5th day of work, just lying on the dresser, the screen cracked, perhaps the protective glass, I'm not an expert, but still. Three stars for speed, delivery and consultation

2 stars only for efficiency. 2 times I gave the phone to replace the screen module and all 2 times after 2 months the screen came off and just fell out. Plus, they replaced my battery in Tikhorya, because the phone is 2018, and the battery of 2019 is now standing. Oh, and they also replaced the antenna wire for me, the last one was probably damaged. I do not recommend this office for repairs, except to quickly make and sell a phone.

This time it started with the fact that the phone was delayed for half an hour from the announced maximum readiness time, although there was an opportunity to call and warn. I had to beg for a guarantee and wait another 5 minutes (be careful, they won't give it to you voluntarily). When talking on the phone, they promise another gift with a certain amount of repair - they also "forget" about it when issuing an order. The result of the repair: the screen of my iPhone burns out my eyes with brightness (I had to turn on night mode and minimum brightness on a regular basis), the battery runs out faster. I took it to another service - it turned out that the iLabs masters stupidly forgot to transfer the true tone to a new screen ((((
