I made a diagnosis in Apple Support, where they gave me a certificate of factory failure. I went with her to the seller, he stood his ground. After I started to resign my position, the seller accepted the laptop for "diagnostics", then a week later he just sent me. The only option is to resolve the issue in court, and after consulting with lawyers, I found out that I would win 100% in this case, but since I didn't have time for this, I decided to simply fix the laptop through Apple Support. So think before you buy a laptop here.
