Nice hotel, the room is clean, cozy, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Incredibly delicious breakfasts, a veranda with tables. We apologize very much for the conflict that happened due to our fault. The staff is very responsible, they did everything to resolve it.

We stayed in a regular room — modest, small, it was cool in January, as the battery is weak. The bathroom is small. But breakfast was delivered on a trolley directly to the room, as the cafe was not working. The water is cold and hot on site, there is a hairdryer, the Internet, as in all of Georgia, works with varying success.

The interior of the hotel is outdated, there is a constant unpleasant smell of sewage in the room. Water was brought to the room once, when asked to bring water, they said there was no water. I had to go buy water, tea and sugar myself. Otherwise, you can't just drink tea in the room, although there is a kettle and dishes. Of course, we were surprised by this. It was very cold in the room all the days. We were upset about it. Otherwise, it is almost in the center. Everything interesting is within walking distance.
