I want to share my mistakes that I made by buying 2 apartments from a well-known developer. First of all, you shouldn't have done that!!! We bought apartments in the Elexus residential complex. Everything that was promised, in fact, remained only a promise. This is the merit of realtors who know how to get into your ear beautifully! But in fact, everything turned out to be so terrible! They delayed the deadlines, promised to deliver in March 2023, as a result, today is December 7, and there is still work above the roof. Although block A and block B seem to be ready, but the quality of the finish leaves much to be desired! There are a lot of "joints" And the furniture, by the way, is also the cheapest! So the developer still manages to take money from people for some non-existent services when making a Tap!!! Not much, but as much as 4,000 euros.!!! Another interesting fact is that although the contract says about the payment of a penalty for each overdue month of the complex, but in fact there will be no payments!!!

Очень хороший и добросовестный застройщик! Лично всё контролирует. Участвует в сделках при оформлении документов. Купила квартиру в Соли Стар. Очень довольна, спасибо большое.
