Unfortunately, I did not like the hall, the screen, lighting, the volume of the hall and the chairs are uncomfortable. The picture and sound are good. And in general, the location is inconvenient, there is only 1 type of popcorn at the checkout. There is no separate space/cinema area, it is located in the middle of the game where the noise is a din 🙈

One of the worst cinemas I've ever been to in Almaty. 1. The hoods do not work, the stench is terrible 2. Non-compliance with the restrictions on visits by children under 16 to films where there are a lot of scenes for adults (Gucci House), both five-year-olds and 10-12-year-olds were sitting in the hall 3. Ticket sales to persons with infants. This is bullying, the children screamed almost the entire session, when asked to leave, the reaction was 0, they sat stupidly at the checkout and blinked their eyes, I did not hear a clear answer. 4. All the chairs are in terrible condition, 80% have been worn out and broken for a long time. It's terribly uncomfortable to sit. I won't set foot on you anymore. I DO NOT RECOMMEND VISITING
