At Christmas we went to castles on the route Orsha-Bobruisk-Mogilev. A good program, good facilities, good food on the route and a wonderful interactive experience at the agricultural farm. But!!! There are no seats on the bus. It's a good thing that the guide herself did it beforehand, otherwise there would definitely have been a scandal. The terrible Tourist hotel in Mogilev, adult tourists cannot be accommodated there, it is the most economical of the economical hotels, without stars. Terrible breakfast. It should be a shame to offer such a hotel to people. The bus was packed to capacity with more than 50 people, and it was very difficult for people in the last row to cross. There was no sign of the tour guide with her pathetic microphone on the street tours. Dear Ilva, don't spoil the impression of yourself!!!

A good travel agency, interesting tours with departure from Vitebsk, which is important for those who do not want to waste time and go on a tour from other cities. I like their programs on Belarus. The only downside for me was that when the company and I bought a tour to Veliky Novgorod in the summer, the bus arrived at the tourist gathering place earlier than the escort, everyone rushed onto the bus, began to occupy seats chaotically, and in fact, there was no seating. All the actions took place on the principle of "who managed, he sat down", that is, we had to persuade other tourists to move so that we sat next to each other (there were four of us). And yes, the bus is Chinese, extremely inconvenient (there were not even footrests), but this is a question for the carrier. The tours themselves are rich and well organized. This time I'm not removing the star, but I really hope that the company's representatives will read my review and take a closer look at the seating issue.

We visited Ilva on April 30 with a tour group. We watched an interesting video "Flights over Vitebsk". It is based on the "revived" paintings by Marc Chagall. Multimedia was mounted efficiently and professionally. And then we were also treated to champagne. Separately, I would like to thank our guide Anna, who led our group from April 28 to May 02. It was very interesting! We learned a lot of new things and saw almost everything that could be seen in five days in Belarus.

It's creepy! We went with a dance group to a competition . There is no question of a service from this company at all - this is half the trouble! There are no boundaries of communication with guests , and moreover with children , for everyone who works here . Olga distinguished herself immediately . A rare boor . I didn 't want to spoil the mood and take this negativity with me . That's why I let the director of this whole farce talk directly about my impressions , to which I received the answer that she was at a meeting ! And the laughter of her colleagues at this phrase , accompanied by the clink of glasses ! It's a pity that a major festival trusts your company, and we had no choice. We didn't expect carpets and golden toilets, but such an attitude towards children and guests is unacceptable! I'll never set foot here again! And I wouldn 't recommend it to anyone ! The hotel is like a cave , and very dirty . And the main feature of all those involved in the organization of settlement , transportation , and meals is that no one refers to each other , they are all separate . When there are questions , no one depends on each other . Only when paying for the tour , apparently , they combine !

We contacted the ILVA travel agency to organize a bus tour from Vitebsk to Mogilev for children (4th grade). There are no comments on the organization of the tour, we visited the zoo, rode the train, visited the household. There are many wild animals and charming birds in the zoo. There was a very nice female guide in domochai who told about the production of bread, showed how it is made and baked, and even gave the children a taste of the products. There are a lot of animals in the zoo, a steam train, which gave a vivid impression of the tour, the children were delighted. BUT the whole trip was marred by a very rude guide. There were 4 teachers accompanied by children. The guide allowed herself to scold the children, to make remarks to them, often in a rude way (they closed their mouths). After the zoo, the children wanted to buy souvenirs and buy food, so she screamed that this should not be done. The child bought a hot dog, so this woman stood over him and wailed until he finished eating, the teacher had to defend his child in front of everyone. Having come to the Vintage restaurant for lunch, the guide announced that "we are not behaving like wild people, so that no one would think that you are from the forest." That's how you can say this to children? Moreover, the behavior was normal, the attendants were watching it. When approaching Vitebsk, the child dropped something, so she threatened to drop him off ("and let the parents pick you up as they want") or give him a brush and a broom to clean the entire bus. The children have experienced a lot of stress, and from now on we will really consider whether it is worth contacting this travel agency.
