Food is nice, but I had a very unpleasant experience in this restaurant. The hygiene was terrible — I saw cockroaches on the wall, which is absolutely unacceptable. The service was also very disappointing. Although we ordered a lot of dishes and spent around 15,000 rubles, the waitress was unfriendly the entire time. She even sighed impatiently while we were trying to find our bank cards to pay, and during the meal she looked at me with a very unpleasant attitude. Overall, the combination of poor hygiene and rude service made this a terrible dining experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Сегодня впервые посетили ваш ресторан и остались в полном восторге! С самого входа встретили очень приветливо, помогли с верхней одеждой и проводили за столик. Атмосфера потрясающая: интерьер в русском стиле, самовары, картины, предметы народного быта. Всё чисто и аккуратно, официанты в национальных костюмах, очень уютно и по-домашнему. Меню разнообразное, заказ приняли быстро. Уже через 10 минут подали закуски и напитки. Борщ оказался насыщенным и ароматным, с пампушками. Оладьи мягкие и пышные, сало свежее, с горчицей и ржаным хлебом. Чечевичный суп в буханке хлеба - оригинально и невероятно вкусно. Котлета по-киевски сочная, с маслом внутри и нежным пюре. Светлое нефильтрованное пиво отлично дополнило ужин. Отдельная благодарность официанту Андрею - очень внимательный, доброжелательный и профессиональный. Помог с выбором блюд, всё подал вовремя и с улыбкой. Музыка тихая и приятная, ничего не мешает разговору. Всё продумано до мелочей, чувствуется забота о гостях. Обязательно вернёмся и будем рекомендовать ресторан друзьям!
