I was at the master of Tatevik (bleaching the roots with powder + tinting). The master does not know how to work with a blonde, he does not know that the powder should not fall on previously bleached hair, on the contrary, a blunder on the whole head, as a result, broken hair on the temples, bangs, nape, the bonus is not getting into the desired color. In my opinion: the color is not the same as I showed in the photo. Her answer: well, it'll wash off. The salon administration did not respond to the complaint in any way except to leave your phone number, we will call you back, and of course no one called back. Photo 1,2 is the result of Tatevik's work, photo 3 is my hair after being dyed by another master. I strongly recommend avoiding the salon. And recently, Yandex had an Image Code with a score of 4.6 (I should have thought about it then, but I followed the recommendation), and now they suddenly have an Image code with a score of 4.9, another reason to think about their integrity, because the negative reviews have disappeared
