Master Tatiana did a manicure for 2 and a half hours, it's just terrible, and even took 60 rubles instead of the 50 indicated in the price list (the price list from the record is visible on the screenshot). The manicure lasted a week. Master Elena.
The instrument was not opened in my presence from the sterilization bag.
I asked to repair the corners- instead of building up, I was offered to finish the nail with a solid gel. This corner fell off after 3 days, and the second corner fell off after 5 days. When asked about the processing of tools, the master got angry and nervous. Although it is a matter of my life and health. It turned out there was a sinew, but she took the tool out of a rolled-up bag)))))))) this is the first time I've seen this-the last bag for processing in a sinkhole is crumpled like toilet paper and tools are not properly sealed in it, but tools are lying on it. When asked why the tools were not sealed inside the package and the package should be torn with me, she defiantly tore this toilet paper))) Why do I need your circus????This is not all the "charms": the master hurt, cut the cuticle in 1 place until it bled, and also squeezed her fingers until it hurt, I wonder for what purpose. She sawed off the last gel almost to the point of bleeding, although I said it hurt. She said it for a better coupling. I wonder why the corners fell off after 3-5 days, the coupling does not work???? Or does the salon director save on high-quality materials? I can't help but note that the master was not friendly, but stiffly polite and the tension of the master grew for some reason!Only I did not understand what I was to blame for- that I asked how the instrument was sterilized, and this caused wild indignation of the master.
But this is for a moment, a normal question that should be answered clearly!
The smell of cigarettes and the strong trembling in the master's hands also alerted me very much. I'm sorry that I didn't leave during the manicure process, noticing all these problems, but I needed a manicure urgently.
I took 56 rubles for the payment, but it would be better if I paid more and got the quality.
I was advised by this hair salon, I was sure that the nails were made there of high quality, but the opposite happened.
How can you keep such a master in such a salon, which is heard by the whole robin. I now have to pay my money for the next manicure because the nails were not going through!!!!!and the salon keeps inept craftsmen!! And they do not give a guarantee for their "manicure", apparently because it does not serve for more than a couple of days!!!! This is a mockery of customers. Thank you, I wish the master and those responsible for this outrage that they also receive all beauty services.

Judging by the dusty dryness, it would be necessary for the sanitary station to come to this salon and also check the instrument in the bags-whether it is sterilized or only packages are sterilized for the type of client. Shame on you!!!
