Unfortunately, I was disappointed in the service of this dry cleaner. I handed over the scarf and dress and it was recorded that the dry cleaning. A week later, I tried to call and check in with the dry cleaner - the phones listed on Instagram and Yandex did not work. As a result, I went without a call. When I arrived to pick up when I was ready, the work on the scarf was not completed due to the fact that the dry cleaning machine was not working and would be ready in a week. The dress was cleaned with an aquachist, although this is prohibited on the label. At first glance, everything is OK, but I hope that this did not spoil the natural silk dress (the dress is designer, it costs more than 50,000 som). The scarf remained dirty. They refused my offer to do the job and send it home at their expense. The mistake of arbitrarily changing the type of cleaning was not recognized. They appealed to me to get into the position that their employees do not come to work and are late, which I consider to be a manifestation of irresponsibility to clients. I am disappointed and will no longer use this service.
