And I am happy to say that I found it — it is the restaurant "Names" on Freedom Square, 2. Comfort and aesthetics begin with the first step. You just cross the threshold and... exhale. It's incredibly beautiful here. The room is small, everything is very compact, but this is the "compactness" that does not constrain, but rather creates a feeling of security and warmth. The interior is worked out to the smallest detail, every detail in its place. A separate aesthetic pleasure is the painting "The Lion King" by Lesya. It is doubly pleasant to see the work of friends in such an atmospheric place. But beauty would be mute without the people who work here. To the waiter — a separate low respect. He is a professional with a capital letter and even with extra zeros — he knows his job 10,000%. He prompted everything, told me in detail, and it was felt that he himself was enjoying what he was doing. And of course, the food. Cooks, you're doing magic. What we have tried is worthy of the most sincere words.: Couscous with squid loligo, zucchini and black chanterelles is a symphony of textures and flavors, incredibly harmonious. 🍮 Cheesecakes with pistachio cream and raspberry and blackberry compote are a fairy tale for those with a sweet tooth. Delicate, airy, with the sourness of berries and the nobility of pistachios. ☕ Coffee — it hit the very heart . Perfect. I've already made a list of things I want to try next time (and I'll definitely be back!): Benedict with trout tartare, guacamole and poached egg, a big green breakfast with shrimp and tuna, and Toast with hummus, shrimp, guacamole and apple unagi. I saw how these dishes were served at the neighbors — it looked so appetizing that it made my mouth water. Friends, I can definitely recommend "Names" as a must-visit place.
