I wanted to warn everyone who is thinking about a cold recovery at the Image Club barbershop.My experience was terrible. Instead of the promised silk and well-groomed hair, now I can't look at my hair without crying. After the procedure, the hair turned into straw: dry, brittle, with a terrible cut along its entire length. They don't comb, they electrify, and they look dead. I came in order to improve my condition, but I'm leaving with the need for expensive treatment. Waste of money and ruined hair for several months ahead. The staff couldn't explain what went wrong. Think twice before bringing your money and, most importantly, your hair to this institution. I don't recommend it.

I would give you a 0, but alas, you can't. The master ruined her hair, a constructive dialogue was conducted with the salon, in order to make a decision that would suit both sides, the CLIENT was to blame for the fact that the master does not know how to work. The management did absolutely NOTHING to at least apologize. Of course, if you want to be with ruined hair, insulted and without a lot of money, then you are here.
