More precisely, they did not answer, but they were able to call today, January 5, 2024. Let's calculate in calendar days the answer took 12 days. Pay attention if the car is older than 3 years old, you will be refused repair by an official dealer. Even if the warranty on the machine is 5 years from the factory. These are their rules specifically!!!!!!!!

I have accident insurance. In case of an insured event, a minimum of documents is required.If you work, you are provided with a disability certificate to pay insurance compensation, if you do not work-a health certificate or an extract from a card about a previous illness, a copy of your passport and an application. The insurance was paid on time all the time: 9 days for consideration, 5 days for payment, but it usually turned out faster. If there are questions with the documents, then it takes a long time to send a request to the clinic where the sick leave was issued, the insurance company is waiting for an answer there for up to 30 days. The only disadvantage is that they do not transfer the payment to the card and there is a small selection of partner banks where the payment is made. In general, I am very happy with the organization and recommend it to my friends all the time.

Imkliva Insurance was described to me as a reliable insurance company (in fact, it is!!!) There are just nuances. If you are injured and are on outpatient treatment, but you did not take sick leave, but worked light labor, you will NOT be PAID for insurance! And it doesn't matter that the injury was fixed by a doctor! Just be careful, not all insurance companies are the same under the contract! And when you are insured, specify, be sure about the sick leave, although when I asked, they answered, Well, preferably... There are injuries that you can be at work with (light work) And the contract does not specify (mandatory sick leave for employees)

I do not recommend it! It is a very sad experience of cooperation with this organization. Casco insurance does not guarantee that your car will be repaired. They are sent only to those stations with which they have a contract and which have the lowest cost standard hour. There is no question of an official dealer, if you do not have a warranty car, there is no question at all. With the spare parts that are approved by the stations for installation, the story can be even worse. According to the insurance rules, stations can install anything, including "wild China".

A couple of days later, the current account was clarified by phone, although the account was indicated when filling out the application. Then it turned out that they couldn't transfer money to this account, so they had to send another one. And then, when I asked about the transfer of money (it was already 7 business days), they replied that the money was transferred within 10 days, not 5.
