Starting from the entrance group, the hotel is beautiful.
Stylish interiors, good-quality furniture in the lobby. There is a bar with a cocktail menu, I recommend you to try homemade white wine, it is really very good.
I was checked in at 9 a.m. - the room was ready. I paid 1000 rubles for early check-in. The room is on the 5th floor (we wrote to the hotel in advance, asking for a higher floor).
It is spacious, with a balcony, and by the way there is a rope and clothespins on the balcony for drying wet bathing accessories.
White bathrobe, slippers, nice towels. There is also a basic shower kit. A hair dryer is available.
New air conditioner, works great.
There is a kettle, tea bags and sugar.
An ironing board and an iron are provided at the reception on each floor.
The room has a safe, an ashtray. And even a fumigator .
There is no water, but you can buy it in the shop to the right of the hotel entrance. And right behind it is a cafe where they make a good grill.
The price includes breakfast, very homemade, the cook cooks delicious, there is a choice - eggs, pancakes, vegetables, porridge, cheesecakes, cheese/ sausage, in general, clearly more than we cook ourselves at home))
For money you can have lunch and dinner at the hotel, I did not go.
I liked the pool about the hotel, very clean. There are tables and armchairs.
It's a 10-minute walk to the beach, the girls at the reception tell you exactly how. It's hard to get lost - straight all the time.
I liked the Uzbek cuisine cafe on the beach, they are the third in a row if you go to the right (located opposite the pedicure in aquariums). Delicious soups, pilaf and pastries.
Take towels from home, the hotel only provides towels for the pool.
Wi-Fi is very stable for Abkhazia! It falls off at times (in the room), but that's okay.
The hotel has the opportunity to put things in the laundry.
I would also like to thank Natalia, the hotel manager, for her professionalism and customer orientation. It is rare to meet a manager who keeps her finger on the pulse and helps guests in solving any issues personally.
They are engaged in the hotel, it is obvious. Room cleaning is on schedule, all services are great.
I will be happy to come back again!

Very nice hotel! The breakfasts are beyond praise! The staff is very responsive, unobtrusive, competent, any issue is solved instantly! There are slippers and bathrobes in the room! The maid on the third floor will always say hello, she will not break into the room if you are resting! He will find a time when there will be no hotel guests and will clean up perfectly! Alcoholic drinks and snacks at the bar at normal prices! An employee will arrange all the sun beds and umbrellas on the beach at 7 a.m.! The only thing is that the beach is not fenced, vacationers lie down in front of the sun beds, not from the hotel, and in order to get to the sea you have to step over sunbathing people! There is no toilet! On the beach, I can recommend a cafe with chebureks and mantas and other delicious Uzbek food! They cook everything fresh! They are very kind and do everything quickly! We miss chebureks! We had lunch there for a week and everything is fine with the stomach))))

I really liked the hotel. It is located not far from the sea. 5-7 minutes of quiet walking. The breakfasts are varied, everything is delicious (especially the porridges). The hotel is very clean, the girls go around with rags all day and wash everything. Everything was quiet and peaceful during our stay. All wishes were taken into account when checking in. We lived on the 6th floor. The prices in the bar, as in the shops, are even lower for something. The receptionists are always polite and try to help in everything. I would especially like to mention the employee of the beach, the first 2 days they came up and asked for umbrellas, because we always burn. In the days that followed, when he noticed us, he always approached us himself.
