IP Belsky A.S. , aka the Empire of Furniture. Disgusting "job"! I can tell you a lot, there's not enough space. In short: on March 26, 2024, the burdocks signed a contract with them to install a work area with a TV. The production deadlines were violated, they were not warned about this, although they should have been warned under the contract within 14 days. I took a vacation to sort out the installation and all in vain!Disgusting attitude towards the client. They came 5 times and tried to establish: May 29, June 5, June 7, June 15 and July 5. In the last installation with the words: "We did everything we could," they said they were done. You can see the photos with the jambs as they "handed over the work to us" for yourself. We didn't read the contract much when we signed it, we just believed their "designer" Artyom's words that everything would be fine. There is no time in the Contract for the installation itself, only for manufacturing. As a result, we sued this sole proprietor, he is the Empire of Furniture. There were 3 court sessions. We won the case, however, we are still waiting for payments by court decision. Be vigilant, as long as we, consumers, agree to such a "job", such "firms or sole proprietors" exist. If you are already in a similar situation with them, I can tell you more about our situation, perhaps this will help you restore justice.

We ordered a wardrobe-bed. I liked everything very much. According to the contract, the production took 30 days, we managed it earlier. The correct, attentive staff, liked the cabinet very much too, took into account all our "wishes" and brought it to life. We thank the Empire of Furniture team for such work.

I ordered a large swing-out closet in the hallway. There were problems with crooked walls, but furniture maker Alexey did everything beautifully. The cabinet was decorated in installments from the company. The production time and product quality were 100% satisfied. I would especially like to mention the operational work of the company's managers. Many, many questions were answered quickly and efficiently. I'm going to continue ordering furniture from the Empire of Furniture!

Don't believe in the positive reviews about this company.
Violating deadlines is still half the trouble.
They take an advance in cash and don't get in touch!
No amount of negotiation will help. As soon as you demand that they comply with the agreements, they start coming up with strange stories about increased production workload and accuse stupid colleagues.

Terrible customer service quality. The boorish treatment of the measurer- I quote "I kind of rode to you in vain." having made concessions, the company returned part of the deposit, and appropriated the rest for itself without documentary justification. I will contact the tax service!!!

I contacted the company on 23.10, ordered a wardrobe bed transformer.We issued a loan through the bank quickly, the production time was specified as 30 working days.In mid-December, I contacted the company to clarify the timing, and the installation was scheduled for December 26-27.On December 26, I didn't wait for anyone and made a request, it turned out (I'm not sure) there was a breakdown of the equipment, but no one deigned to inform me about it.Promising to sort out the situation, the installer promised to contact.To date (03.01.24 ), unable to stand it, I turned to the administrator for clarification, who redirected me to the installer.The installer recommended waiting again.Having agreed, I asked for the coordinates where I can leave a review in the book of suggestions and comments.In response, silence, if this continues, we will have to contact the presidential commission. PS 11-12.01 my order was placed for me, I am very satisfied.The waiting time was worth such a great result!!!
