At some point, they simply stopped responding to emails. When I called the store offline, they said that they had nothing to do with the online store, write letters to e-mail once the manager contacts you like this.
Result:
1. I didn't get answers to my questions, I can't buy wallpaper.
2. There is a total feeling of complete lack of professionalism among the people who work in the company.
